Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established appliance company in Naples that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced office and retail environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. This role works closely with Store Managers and Sales Associates, assisting with sales documentation, customer interactions, scheduling, inventory tracking, bookkeeping functions, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Complete and maintain sales paperwork and company records.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative duties.
  • Process daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
  • Operate office equipment, including copiers, scanners, fax machines, and computer systems.
  • Order, track, and maintain office and store supply inventory.
  • Coordinate merchandise check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries and supporting daily store operations.
  • Provide administrative support to Store Managers and Sales Associates as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, retail, or customer service experience required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Experience handling cash, bookkeeping, or sales documentation is a plus.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with one weekday off)
  • Required to work most holidays, with the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Additional Information

  • Vacation requests cannot be approved during the company's peak season, which runs from the second week of October through Easter.
  • Candidates should be dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
