We are looking for a FieldPulse power user to come in and train our team on the platform. This is a part-time contract opportunity — ideal for someone who knows FieldPulse inside and out and enjoys teaching others how to use it effectively. You'll work directly with our office staff to get everyone up to speed, confident, and running smoothly on the system.
One hard requirement
You must have hands-on, real-world experience using FieldPulse. This is not a role for someone who has only watched tutorials — we need someone who has actually lived in the platform day-to-day and can answer real questions on the spot.
What you'll do
- Train office staff on FieldPulse features, workflows, and best practices
- Walk through job management, scheduling, invoicing, and customer records
- Identify gaps in the team's current usage and address them hands-on
- Answer questions in real time and troubleshoot issues as they come up
- Help the team build habits and processes that stick long after training ends
- Provide tips, shortcuts, and efficiencies the team may not know about
What you bring
- Proven, hands-on experience using FieldPulse in a real work environment
- Strong understanding of FieldPulse's core modules and settings
- Ability to explain software clearly to non-technical users
- Patient, approachable teaching style
- Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with
- Experience in field service, trades, or contracting is a bonus
