Seasonal Summer Team Member – Gelato, Coffee & Food Service

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour + Tips
Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
Duration: Seasonal Summer Employment

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join our summer staff. This position involves both customer service and food preparation in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve gelato, espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and dirty sodas
• Assemble sandwiches and prepare baked goods for display and sale
• Maintain product quality and presentation standards
• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register and process transactions
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support team members during busy periods

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Previous food service, coffee shop, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
