We are looking for a strong, polished communicator with aviation familiarity—especially piston engine aircraft—will thrive here. Starting pay is $22–$23/hr, with the higher end reserved for candidates holding an A&P or Powerplant certification, and those credentials open a pathway toward becoming an Inspector.

Role Overview

This position blends sales responsibilities with purchasing duties inside a growing aerospace environment. You’ll be the connective tissue between customers, technicians, and internal operations—so clarity, professionalism, and accuracy matter.

You’ll handle:

• Phone sales — calling customers, quoting parts, following up

• Email sales — writing clean, grammatically strong messages

• Technician communication — coordinating part needs and purchasing

• Purchasing coordination — sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts

Preferred Background

• Familiarity with piston engine aircraft

• A&P or Powerplant License is a major plus

• Strong potential for advancement into an Inspector role for certified candidates
