We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join a growing outpatient healthcare practice in a patient-facing administrative role.

 

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and able to work both morning and afternoon shifts as needed.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
  • Verify basic insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
  • Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks

Please note: For the first 6–8 weeks, the schedule will be weighted more toward afternoon shifts due to a temporary coverage need at one of the Fairmont locations.
