Job Title: General Laborer – Outdoor & Maintenance Projects

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hard-working General Laborers to support a variety of outdoor and maintenance projects. This role involves hands-on physical work, including weeding, grounds upkeep, and general site support. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in varying weather conditions, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weeding, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance
• Assist with outdoor cleanup and site preparation projects
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely
• Support team members with ongoing labor tasks and project needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
• Prior landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:
Outdoor work setting with exposure to weather conditions. Tasks may vary daily depending on project needs.
