Our client in Eastlake is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Finisher to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing finishing operations on molded plastic products to ensure quality standards are met before shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Trim, sand, grind, and finish molded plastic products according to specifications.

• Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, and quality compliance.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and effectively.

• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.

• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, finishing, assembly, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to use hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
