A Pharmaceutical Assembler is responsible for the sterile filling, labeling, and packaging of dental and medical products. The role requires operating packaging machinery, inspecting products for defects, and maintaining strict compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. 
Core Responsibilities
  • Filling & Packaging: Accurately measure, fill, and cap liquid, gel, or aerosol products.
  • Labeling & Assembly: Apply product labels, batch codes, and assemble final retail and wholesale kits.
  • Quality Control: Inspect filled units, vials, and packaging for visual defects, leaks, or contamination.
  • Documentation: Complete production logs, work orders, and inventory tracking records accurately.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workspace according to FDA and company safety standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and perform minor troubleshooting on assembly and packaging machines. 
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on assembly or production experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetic manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
  • Compliance: Strong understanding of cGMP, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy for logging batch numbers and detecting minor product flaws.
  • Computer Skills
