Salary: $25/hr

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a technology services company in Littleton, MA.  This role will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a busy office environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing outstanding customer service
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain front desk operations
  • Enter vendor bills, credit card receipts, and update records to support accounting activities
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, proofread documents, and manage correspondence
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
  • Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Order office and breakroom supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management

 

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience required
  • Strong phone skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous CRM experience preferred
  • Previous accounting experience preferred

 

This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential to become permanent based on business needs. The hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM. The pay is $25/hr.
