Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their first shift team. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

• Complete emergency repairs and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns

• Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting

• Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders

• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns

• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
