• Follow quality standards and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, technical, maintenance, or related environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
