 Position Overview

A growing company in the gas-industry fabrication sector is now hiring full-time Assembly & Hydro Test Technicians through Express Employment Professionals. You’ll help build and hydro-test large-diameter pipe structures and skids used in major gas and energy applications. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with tons of room for growth for anyone who wants to build a long-term career.

 Key Responsibilities

• Pipe Assembly — Assemble large pipe structures and skids using drawings, measurements, and shop instructions.

• Hydro Testing — Perform hydrostatic pressure testing to verify structural integrity and safety.

• Tool Operation — Use hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic tools safely and effectively.

• Quality Verification — Inspect components, verify tolerances, and document test results.

• Shop Support — Assist with material handling, staging, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with large industrial components

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Industrial, construction, or assembly experience preferred but not required

 Schedule & Pay

• 10-hour shifts (full-time)

• $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
