Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving materials, inventory management, material handling, and occasional driving duties. Approximately 10% of the role involves driving the company vehicle for deliveries and vendor pickups.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming materials and shipments
• Mark incoming materials and assign work orders generated by the coordinator
• Stage work-in-progress materials for production
• Prepare, package, and organize subcontract work for delivery
• Make deliveries using the company truck
• Pick up parts and materials from local vendors
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Input data into the computer system and maintain accurate records
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking
• Operate a forklift safely (in-house training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided
