Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours/week
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our hospital café team. In this role, you will provide high-quality coffee beverages and excellent service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café items to standard recipes
Deliver exceptional customer service with a compassionate and positive attitude
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of café equipment, workstations, and seating areas
Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report low stock items
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

✅ Qualifications

Previous barista experience
Valid and active Food Handler’s Card (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a hospital setting and interacting with diverse populations
Basic math and cash-handling skills
