Salary: Hourly Base + Commission
Focus 100% on generating new business, building referral relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is centered around creating and maintaining strong partnerships that consistently produce new opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with: Insurance agents & adjusters, Plumbers, Property managers, Real estate professionals. Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of referrals. Develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach. Maintain regular contact with referral partners to stay top-of-mind. Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency. Track and report on business development activity and results.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships • Strong communication and sales skills • Self-motivated and performance-driven • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: M-F, dayshift.
