Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packer Warehouse Associates to join our growing warehouse team in Westborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Similar warehouse positions in the Westborough area typically involve order picking, packing, inventory handling, shipping, and receiving activities.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pack products securely for shipment.

• Label, sort, and stage outgoing orders.

• Receive and stock incoming inventory.

• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picker/packer, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic math and communication skills.
