Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business relationships throughout the St. Louis market. This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on building partnerships with local companies and helping them solve staffing and workforce challenges.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. This position offers a combination of base salary, commission, training, and long-term growth potential within one of the largest staffing firms in North America.

• Year 1 Earnings: $60,000 – $75,000+ (Base + Commission) (OTE)

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business relationships with companies throughout the St. Louis area
• Make in-person sales visits, phone calls, and follow-up outreach to prospective clients
• Meet with business owners, HR teams, and operational leaders to understand hiring needs
• Present staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients
• Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing client communication
• Build and manage your own sales territory and pipeline
• Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
• Maintain activity and sales tracking within CRM systems

Preferred Experience

• B2B sales experience
• Outside sales or business development experience
• Service industry sales experience
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Staffing industry experience is not required.
