Pay: $26–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Work Setting: 100% Onsite

Job Summary:
The Central Support Specialist will serve as a main point of contact for national customers, providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced support environment. This role will help coordinate customer requests, process rental needs, provide quotes, assist with contracts, and ensure accurate invoicing in a timely and professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process inbound customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Track customer interactions and updates in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting revenue growth and customer retention.
Assist with quotes, rental contracts, invoicing, and overall customer account support.
Identify customer needs or challenges and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
Provide best-in-class customer service while looking for opportunities to cross-sell or upsell solutions.
Help improve internal processes and procedures to create a better customer experience.
Meet department goals related to response time, quality, retention, and revenue growth.

 

Qualifications:
1–3 years of customer service, sales support, call center, or administrative support experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with internal teams and customers at all levels.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.
