2nd shift Mill Cleaning Crew

Job Overview:

This is a physical, hands-on cleaning role in an outdoor scrap yard environment. You'll be working with a team to clean and maintain a state-of-the-art mill after it shuts down for the day. The goal is to have the machine fully cleaned and ready for operation each morning.

Primary Duties:

Clean up scrap and debris using shovels, rakes, and backpack blowers

Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the machine is cleared out properly

May be trained to operate skid steers over time, based on performance and need

Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe before end of shift

They have their own timeclock to punch in/out

Work Environment:

Outdoor scrap yard environment, similar to a manufacturing plant

Exposure to dust, debris, and heavy equipment

Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere

They provide a uniform which MUST be returned when you leave

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs consistently

Must be on your feet for the full shift

Steel-toed boots required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM or until the job is done
