Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Responsible for supporting production and warehouse operations through the safe movement, storage, loading, unloading, and tracking of materials. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports order fulfillment, and ensures a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store materials throughout the facility.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory transfers, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and environmental procedures.
• Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts/reach trucks required.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.
