We are seeking an experienced Mill Operator / CNC Machinist to operate, program, and set up MAZAK milling machines with Smooth Control. This position requires strong machining knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate MAZAK mills with Smooth Control
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform machine setups and make program adjustments as needed
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating and programming MAZAK mills with Smooth Control
• Strong machine setup experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
