Job Title: CDL Class B Roll-Off Dump Truck Driver

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Roll-Off Dump Truck Driver to transport and deliver roll-off containers to customer locations, construction sites, and disposal facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating roll-off equipment, maintain a strong commitment to safety, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class B roll-off truck to transport, deliver, and pick up roll-off containers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Deliver containers to construction sites, commercial properties, and residential locations.
• Transport waste, debris, construction materials, and other approved loads to designated disposal or recycling facilities.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers regarding schedules and job site conditions.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck and equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and securing equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to enter and exit the truck multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Construction sites, industrial facilities, landfills, recycling centers, and customer locations.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment operations.
