Job Overview - CNC Machinist

We are seeking motivated CNC Machinists to join our team. This role involves operating mill and lathe machines to produce precision parts across a variety of industries. Candidates should have hands-on machining experience and a strong understanding of inspection tools.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Option to start as early as 6:00 AM
• Optional overtime available on Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture parts
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and job instructions
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience with mills and lathes required 
• Required: Ability to use inspection tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Pin gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
