Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Forklift Operator to join our team in Allen. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish and hands-on experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials
• Perform inventory tracking and assist with cycle counts
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Minimum 1+ year of forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down)
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
