Spray Technician – Lawn Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Spray Technician to join our lawn care team. This position is responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control products, and other lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products according to company standards and regulations
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles
• Assess lawns and identify turf, weed, and pest issues
• Communicate with customers regarding services performed and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and application reports
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Assist with general lawn care duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow application instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Previous lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or spraying experience preferred but not required
• Applicator license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
