Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing construction company that specializes in the construction of high-quality steel buildings through out Northern MN. We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a team building structures that stand the test of time. 

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with starting pay at $22/hour. Higher wages are available for experienced and highly skilled carpenters.

What You'll Do

• Construct and assemble steel-frame building systems
• Perform framing, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry work
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Work alongside a crew to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
• Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and productive

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry or construction experience required
• Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials throughout the workday
• Must have a valid driver's license to travel to job sites daily
