Pay Rate: $20.13/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to support a well-established reclamation company in Grimes, CA. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on work in land restoration, environmental improvement projects, and site support operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including digging and trenching (no heavy equipment operation or excavation work)
• Assist with grading and reclamation support tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Support site operations including levee burning, cutting firebreaks, and fire watch duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow directions from supervisors and site leads in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous construction or reclamation experience is a plus
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
