Full-Time | Administrative | Non-Exempt Compensation: $27/hour + commission
Building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving growth in the community are at the heart of this role. As a Business Developer, you’ll represent our organization within a defined territory — cultivating referral sources, generating qualified leads, and developing long-term partnerships that support continued expansion.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities. You’ll conduct sales consultations, manage contracts, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, organized, and motivated to exceed goals.
Territory Development — Identify, engage, and grow potential partners and clients within an assigned region.
Referral Source Growth — Secure and maintain referral relationships based on market needs and trends.
Account Management — Maintain consistent communication with existing leads and accounts; promote brand awareness and request referrals.
Sales Outreach — Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits, including local travel.
Market Strategy — Implement growth strategies, create development plans, and increase brand visibility.
Goal Achievement — Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting — Provide comprehensive monthly updates to leadership.
Sales Tools Utilization — Use branded materials, social media, training resources, and event-driven campaigns.
Administrative Support — Manage paperwork, emails, scheduling, and distribution of marketing materials.
Weekly Planning — Organize weekly consults, outreach, networking, and follow-up activities.
$27/hour + commission

2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to travel — every day looks different
Ability to identify growth opportunities and follow a structured sales process
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Frequent sitting, listening, and talking
Regular walking and standing
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
