Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 Salary DOE
We are seeking an Injection & Blow Molding Machine Programmer to develop, implement, and maintain machine control programs for manufacturing equipment. This role supports machine installations, equipment upgrades, troubleshooting efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has experience with industrial machinery, machine controls, and automation systems, along with strong problem-solving and technical skills.

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 salary (depending on experience)
Develop, modify, and maintain machine control programs for injection molding and blow molding equipment
Configure machine operating parameters and functional sequences to support production requirements
Maintain program documentation, backups, and version control
Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment
Configure and test machine programs during equipment setup
Assist with machine integration, mold installations, and equipment modifications
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure proper machine operation
Diagnose and resolve machine programming and control system issues
Support maintenance and production teams during equipment downtime
Identify root causes of machine malfunctions related to programming or control logic
Recommend and implement programming improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of machine programs, revisions, and configuration settings
Develop and update programming, setup, and operational documentation
Ensure proper storage and backup of all machine programs
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience working with industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment
Experience developing, modifying, or troubleshooting machine control programs preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
Injection molding and/or blow molding equipment
Industrial automation and machine control systems
Equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
Manufacturing process improvement initiatives
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday
Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery
Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment
Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial conditions
Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
