Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative support duties
• Process order entry and verify order accuracy
• Assist billing and art departments with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain organized records and office documentation
• Support daily office operations and additional projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $17.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
