Location: Southlake, TX (On-site)
Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
(Note: Must be able to train on 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, for the first week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and quality-driven Final QC Inspector to join a global, top-tier electronics manufacturing provider at their North American headquarters in Southlake.
In this critical role, you will serve as the final gateway of quality control before completed products head to the customer. You will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), full sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure they flawlessly meet industry standards, customer blueprints, and strict internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Quality Inspection: Visually inspect PCB assemblies, sub-assemblies, completed chassis, modules, and cables to ensure absolute compliance with production work orders, customer requirements, and IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620).

Defect & Rework Management: Identify flaws or errors, apply "Reject" tags to non-conforming materials, and route them back to production for proper rework.

Data Logging & Systems: Record all discovered defects accurately into the Aegis system or quality logs, confirm completed inspection steps utilizing SAP, and assist with First Article Inspections (FAI).

Compliance Tracking: Maintain strict material traceability throughout the final verification process to support the facility's overall Quality Management System.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant quality control experience. To qualify, you must have at least one of the following backgrounds:

Experience working within the quality department of a manufacturing assembly line.

Experience working specifically in quality control for an electronics manufacturer.

Experience working in tech/electronics repair (e.g., cell phone refurbishment/quality checking).

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret work orders, blueprints, and digital work instructions. Basic computer proficiency for entering data into SAP and Aegis systems.

Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for identifying micro-defects and a commitment to upholding strict global quality standards.
