Electronics Assembler (Stuffing Line)

Position Overview

We are seeking a patient, detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join a global, top-tier electronics manufacturing provider at their North American headquarters in Southlake.

In this role, you will work on the production line focusing on the manual assembly ("stuffing") of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is an entry-level to mid-level manufacturing position perfect for individuals who enjoy meticulous, hands-on work, have excellent fine motor skills, and thrive in a steady, routine-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Component Placement: Carefully insert and place small electronic parts (resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.) onto circuit boards according to visual guides and work instructions.

• Repetitive Assembly: Comfortably perform repetitive, high-volume hand-assembly tasks throughout the shift while maintaining high accuracy and focus.

• Quality Inspections: Visually inspect parts and boards before and after placement to ensure components are sitting correctly and are not damaged.

• Production Support: Cooperate with the production team to keep the line moving efficiently and prepare boards for the next stages of soldering and inspection.

Required Qualifications

• Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle very small, delicate electronic components continuously.

• Focus & Stamina: Ability to perform highly repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for an 8-hour shift while maintaining quality and speed.

• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured manufacturing environment.

• Experience: Prior experience in electronics assembly, assembly line work, or hobbies involving fine detail work (such as jewelry making, crafting, or small-parts repair) is a huge plus, but not required.
