In this role, you'll help ensure seed quality throughout the production process by evaluating samples, reviewing x-ray images, documenting results, and supporting quality standards in a laboratory environment. What You'll Do

  • Evaluate seed samples and quality data in a laboratory setting
  • Review x-ray images and identify quality concerns
  • Verify product quality at various stages of production
  • Accurately document and communicate findings
  • Follow established quality procedures and safety guidelines
  • Support production teams by helping maintain quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to identify small differences and defects in seed samples
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Previous quality control, laboratory, agricultural, or production experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and repetitive movements
  • Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, or move up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to see and evaluate small seed details with or without magnification tools
