SMT Operator

Austin, MN

Monday-Friday

7:30am-4pm

$18-$20 per hour DOE

 

Duties of Operators:

• Machine Setup: Calibrating and programming SMT pick-and-place machines for specific PCB designs.
• Material Loading: Loading reels and trays with precise electronic components, solder paste, and flux into the machines.
• Quality Control: Inspecting circuit boards during and after assembly to prevent defects like misaligned parts or bridging.

Qualifications of Operators:

• Be able to do repetitive motions through entire shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds (not often)
• Previous SMT operation and/or mechanical background required
