Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting customers, answering questions, processing payments, and supporting sale day operations. This role serves as a central point of communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring all documentation, transactions, and interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. 

Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and manage documentation using internal systems and lot-based organization; upload documents for each sale
  • Communicate with multiple departments and customers to obtain and process required documents (e.g., purchase, release, and related forms)
  • Process payments from successful bidders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide customers with information regarding services and support offerings
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
  • Support company safety initiatives by maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during sale days
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working directly with customers in an in-person environment
  • Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new systems and technology
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset with a commitment to creating a positive experience
  • Ability to remain organized and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Full-Time

Pay & Benefits

  • $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
