Mon-Fri 7 am – 4 pm

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, is hiring a

motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, solving problems, and helping businesses find the right products and services to meet their needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience required.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, equipment, service, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical training is a plus.
