Salary: $20/hour

Our client is a hydraulic equipment supplier, who is in need of a:
Customer Service Representative
Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm, $19-$20/hour
Essential Responsibilities:
* Operate as a first point of contact for customers, representing the company with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order statuses and product knowledge
* Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
* Partner with Regional Sales Teams to build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with customers
* Navigate customer-specific online portals to download purchase orders and forecasts, collaborate to make necessary changes, schedule shipments, and send advance shipment notices
* Draft and distribute special pricing quotations for special projects
Qualifications:
*1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or related fields
*Hydraulics manufacturing experience a plus
*Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
