About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury property management company serving high-end residential clients in the Carefree, Arizona area. This is a field-based, independent role for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering lasting, high-quality results — and representing the company with professionalism every time they're on-site.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting across luxury residential properties
- Diagnose issues efficiently and deliver effective, long-lasting solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Handle occasional pool-related plumbing tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid Arizona plumbing license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, customer-friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable personal transportation required
