Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing materials for shipment and verifying incoming inventory.
• Apply protective coatings and clean production tools and equipment.
• Safely operate an overhead crane and stand-up forklift (training or prior experience preferred).
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
• Forklift experience, especially stand-up forklift operation, is preferred.
• Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and chemical bath processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
