Manufacturing Shift Leader Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $28/hour

• Benefits Available

Schedule: 7:30 am- 3:30 pm OT at beginning or end of shift

 

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily production activities while meeting quality and efficiency goals
• Lead, train, and supervise team members, assigning and directing work
• Monitor operations, resolve production or equipment issues, and ensure minimal downtime
• Enforce safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
• Support production as needed and perform tasks across work areas

 

Experience/Other Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industrial environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• MUST have a US Passport with ability to travel for training purposes (travel is not often, and is more prone during initial training)
