We are seeking a dedicated and professional Banquet Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during banquets, receptions, and special events. Your primary focus will be to ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall success of our catering and event operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food handling, guest relations, and hospitality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during banquets, events, and catering functions.
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, and tableware.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clear tables promptly and bus dishes to maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Support food safety protocols by handling food properly and adhering to hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests to address inquiries, provide menu information, and enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet service or catering environments.
