Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations:
Lead and supervise warehouse associates during daily operations
Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity goals
Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback
Shipping, Receiving & Fulfillment
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate picking, packing, labeling, and staging of orders
Ensure all orders are processed according to customer requirements
Verify shipping documentation such as BOLs (Bills of Lading)
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS/RF scanners)
Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or damaged goods
Ensure proper stock placement and organization
Equipment & Warehouse Operations
Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Ensure proper loading/unloading of trucks and containers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs

Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisor experience preferred)
Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory systems, and RF scanners
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
