Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Fluid Care Technician for a manufacturing facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining industrial fluid systems, monitoring equipment performance, collecting data, and supporting production operations. Monitor and maintain industrial fluids, including coolants, oils, lubricants, greases, and cleaners
Measure and record fluid conditions and operating parameters
Perform product additions, filter changes, and routine maintenance activities
Assist with cleaning tanks, fluid systems, and related equipment as needed
Maintain lubrication schedules and ensure fluid systems remain within required specifications
Communicate findings and recommendations to site personnel
Enter data into computer systems and prepare detailed shift reports
Assist with waste disposal, recycling initiatives, and housekeeping activities
Support inventory organization, labeling, and storage initiatives
Maintain laboratory and testing equipment
Assist with metallurgical testing and analysis activities when required
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Pay based on experience.
High School Diploma or GED required
Manufacturing, maintenance, laboratory, or industrial experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data entry
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn technical processes and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach as needed
Comfortable working in manufacturing environments and around industrial equipment
Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas when required
