Immediate hire for an Intake Specialist/Recruiter. This position is responsible for greeting a diverse group of applicants, customers, and visitors, answering main phones lines & returning voicemails & emails, responsible for outbound leads to meet recruitment goals, scheduling applicants for orientation and interviews, reviewing customer paperwork for accuracy, submitting weekly reports, providing support to all staff members, and assisting with updating intake material on PowerPoint & Google slides presentations.
