Maintenance Associate – Eagan, MN

Express Employment Professionals Eagan is currently hiring for a Maintenance/Construction Associate with a growing company in Eagan, MN. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20–$26 per hour (depending on experience)
Lunch: Paid 30-minute lunch break

This company owns and manages a variety of properties and businesses, so no two days are exactly the same. The role involves hands-on maintenance, construction, and property improvement projects across warehouse units, townhomes, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities may include:

• Demolition work, including tearing down walls and removing flooring/carpet
• Painting and general property improvements
• Installing shelving, office fixtures, and equipment
• Basic HVAC maintenance and repairs
• General building and property upkeep
• Assisting with remodeling and renovation projects
• Other maintenance and construction-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver's License 
• Previous construction, maintenance, remodeling, or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed
• Reliable transportation and attendance
