Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join a growing construction team in Morgantown, WV. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in tile installation, drywall finishing, and carpentry who enjoy working on renovation and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile installation on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall.
• Complete carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, door installation, and general construction.
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and material handling as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, tile laying, drywall finishing, and carpentry required.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using common construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
