We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team in a full-time, long-term position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience with high-volume data entry, payroll processing, and accounting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume, unionized payroll accurately and efficiently
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Input and maintain payroll and accounting information in JONAS software
- Generate invoices and provide accounting support as needed
- Ensure accurate and error-free entries while meeting deadlines
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of payroll and accounting support experience
- Experience with high-volume payroll and data entry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience using JONAS software is considered an asset
