Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and ensure efficient workflow

• Oversee raw material purchasing and inventory levels

• Conduct forecasting aligned with customer demand and deadlines

• Develop accurate product costing

• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams

• • Review and resolve material shortages

  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience

  • Proven ability to collaborate with product development, sales, engineering, and manufacturing

    $85,000 – $125,000 starting salary, based on experience
