Customer Service & Data Analyst Support Representative

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am-5pm 



Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Data Analyst Support Representative for a growing utility company in the Fort Myers area.

This position combines customer service, administrative support, and data analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with reports and spreadsheets, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to assist with phone coverage as needed. Experience working in a utility, service, operations, or high-volume customer support environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide backup phone support during peak call times and employee absences

  • Deliver professional customer service via phone and email

  • Create, update, and close service orders accurately and efficiently

  • Process and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues

  • Analyze operational data and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes

  • Generate, update, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal departments

  • Review service records and work orders for accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned

  • Maintain organized records and documentation

  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and service teams to ensure timely completion of service requests

  • Track and monitor service order status and customer follow-up activities

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English required
  • Data analysis, reporting, or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional phone etiquette

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience creating, managing, and closing service orders

  • Experience handling customer complaints and issue resolution

  • Background in utility services, field services, dispatch, or operations support

  • Experience working with databases, reporting systems, or ERP software

  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables
