Customer Service Representative

Located in Mechanicville, NY

Salary: 22.00

Seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Representative to support a busy HVAC team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate appointments, and communicate effectively with customers and technicians.

 

Pay Rate : 

• $22.00 per hour 

Work Schedule : 

• Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities : 

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines, including returning missed calls promptly
• Confirm appointments, coordinate scheduling communications, and proactively communicate delays to customers
• Use company CRM/customer management software to log calls, schedule appointments, and manage follow-up activities (training provided)

Skills and Experience Required : 

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations
• Comfortable learning new software, using computer systems; CRM experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication
